Détail d'un vase grec à figures rouges

2025

Very freely inspired by Homer and Joyce, this show tells of the wanderings of a group that has spent many years writing a play. From the first idea to the day of the performance, they face obstacles that seem insurmountable to them, starting with the ones they create for themselves.

Somewhere between mythological stand-up, cheap puppets and meta-theatrical performance, the show plays with crisis and fumbling, the better to free us from narrative straitjackets and the weight of masterpieces.

“A novel of origins, the origins of theatre”Détectives sauvages, Pierre Lesquelen, 19 May 2025

“A subtle, free play, in which serious matters have the charm of nonsense, and vice versa”Revue Pleins Feux, 2025
